Shipping policy

DELIVERY

As an independent business, we value your custom and want to make sure your shopping experience with us as easy as possible.

We ship globally from our studio in London. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days from the order date. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £150. Delivery times are for in stock products only, excluding engraved or made to order products. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

If you request UK Next Day Delivery, your order most be placed before 12PM (GMT). This service is for delivery on business days only so your order is placed on a Friday this will arrive on Monday.

Delivery time applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland where delivery may take slightly longer.
