Refund policy

We hope you love your new Jayce Wong Jewellery but if you need to return it for any reason, we offer a 14 day return period. Please request a Return Authorisation within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing info@jaycewong.com. We will send you're the Authorisation code along with instructions for shipping.

Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition in their original packaging. If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned for your refund to be processed.

Made-to-measure, made-to-order, altered, or personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping charges, gift wrapping and gift cards are non-refundable. Nor are the duties and taxes for international orders.

We aim to process all returns within 14 working days (upon receiving your return). If after this time you have not received your refund, please contact us by email on info@jaycewong.com. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
